Specific items, brands, colors, or styles cannot be requested or guaranteed. Items shown in photos are examples only and may not be included in your box.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Because each UPTOWN Edit is personally curated just for you, all UPTOWN Edit purchases are nonrefundable.

Need a different size? We’re happy to offer a size exchange on eligible apparel when inventory is available.

If an exchange is unavailable, eligible items may be returned for UPTOWN store credit based on the individual item’s assigned value, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached within our standard return window.

Surprise gifts, complimentary items, shipping charges, and promotional rewards are final sale and have no return or store-credit value.
