RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Because each UPTOWN Luxe Edit is personally curated just for you, all UPTOWN Luxe Edit purchases are nonrefundable.
Need a different size? We’re happy to offer a size exchange on eligible apparel when inventory is available.
If an exchange is unavailable, eligible items may be returned for UPTOWN store credit based on the individual item’s assigned value, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached within our standard return window.
Surprise gifts, complimentary items, beauty/lifestyle items, shipping charges, and promotional rewards are final sale and have no return or store-credit value.
